Minos Villa is a single property divided into two independent units: a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit with a kitchen, and a separate one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit with a lounge. The villa offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus a spacious living room. All bedrooms have recently upgraded beds, and each of the three bathrooms has an efficient shower-useful for groups of adults traveling together.

The outdoor space includes two seasonal swimming pools, one with a shallow end and swimming pool toys. A separate hot tub/jacuzzi sits on the sun terrace. Guests also have access to sun loungers, a garden with fig and mulberry trees, a barbecue area, and a children's playground.

The villa provides express check-in/check-out and an invoice is issued. Cleaning is done twice per week to a high standard. The owner, Nikos, offers good communication and leaves welcome items such as wine, water, and snacks upon arrival.

The villa sits on a private plot with a gated parking bay at the top of the hill in the village of Armenoi. Two cafes, a slow-food restaurant, a traditional restaurant, and a supermarket are all within walking distance. Sandy beaches like Kiani Akti are a short drive away, and the shingle beach at Kalami (with a concrete pier) is a 10-minute drive.

Pets are allowed, with pet baskets and pet bowls provided. Soundproof rooms and air conditioning are available in all bedrooms. A children's playground and the kids' pool make the property suitable for families with children.
